We offer food and drink options.

District Moto will provide servers, bartenders and event hosts (if applicable).

All events are exclusive for you and your guests to enjoy!

2 -  Book the venue for your own event or activity:

Allow your creativity to shine! Host your private party, networking event or use our space for the activity/event of your choice.

Make any occasion special with our:

• Private Bar
• Sports Bar multi-TV setup + Projector
• Seating Configuration of your choice
• 7 Local Beers on tap
• Buffet and other catering options
• Servers/Hosts for your private event

We will do our best to accommodate any requests to better suit your preferences!

A percentage (%) of the funds ($) raised from the tickets sold will be the guaranteed amount of fundraising of your event.

We will reach out to discuss the optimal ticket price and quantity to meet your fundraising needs.

Example:

Wine Tasting Event

• 40 TICKETS SOLD AT $50 EACH
• $500 GUARANTEED fundraising for your organisation, group, team or cause.

* The amount of fundraising dollars will be subject to event format, ticket price, size of event, and your fundraising needs.

As your group's fundraising representative, your two duties are:

• selling tickets
• enjoying the event! 

STEP 1: 

• We will cooperate to find the appropriate ticket price and ticket numbers for your fundraising needs.
• We will GUARANTEE an amount for your fundraiser given a minimum number of tickets are sold.

Tickets are available in following quantities:

- 20-pack

- 30-pack

- 40-pack

- 50-pack

- 60-pack

After selecting your desired ticket quantity (e.g. 30-pack) additional tickets will be available for purchase in quantities/packs of 10 up to a Grand Total of 60 tickets. 

STEP 2:

• The total quote will be determined by
  • Number of Tickets
  • Ticket Price ($)
  • In the following format: Ticket Price x Number of Tickets = Total Quote

STEP 3: 

• Complete payments, and receive your GUARANTEED amount of funds raised ($).

In order to ensure your fundraising needs and our costs are covered we follow the transaction format below:

• 20% of total quote paid upfront on the day of the completion of the booking
  
• 80% of total quote paid by 48hrs prior to the event
